Wix Website Design
We deliver our services to clients before payment is due. Once we have completed the design and you have approved it, we will invoice you for the full amount. If you decide to cancel the project before the design is completed, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can adjust our schedule accordingly. Once you have approved the design and payment has been made, no refunds will be given.
Logo Design

Digital and Print Advertising
Once we have started the advertising campaign, no refunds will be given. If you need to cancel the campaign before it starts, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can adjust our schedule accordingly. If we are unable to complete the campaign due to factors beyond our control, we will work with you to come to a fair solution.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any refund or cancellation request that we deem to be unreasonable or fraudulent. We also reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
